Everything in my experience
Customer service was unhelpful in my opinion! Their letters/emails are all standard letters with scripted copy paste inserts as far as I am concerned. They didnt relate to my individual situation.
Once they got me on the 12 months contract, I felt they didnt care anymore.
I had tried Tiscali, but after a month left in the dark and no connection, I decided to move to Virgin. How I regret this now. I was with demon for ten years and never had reason to complain to them. I'm afraid I got caught up with all this, doing it on the cheap, but now I am suffering the consequences. Never mind 11 months left.
