General Comments

I insured with diamond because they gave a good quote and were well known so i presumed they would be fine. Being unfortunate to be involved in an accident which was not my fault, I expected them to sort it out for me, since that is what insurance is for. I dont have time to go through every individual detail they messed up but in summary they were totally incompetent and useless and so was the legal company they use. I got cut off several times when on the phone, they accidentally cancelled my insurance, when I complained about this and asked to receive confirmation of my cover in writing, they took the annual premium out of my account a 2nd time and sent me a 'welcome to diamond' pack! Awful will never use this company again.
