Good Points

Good choice of films, no problems with DVDs, cheaper!


Bad Points

Taken over by Lovefilm as far as I am aware and now in my opinion it is slower.


General Comments

We use Amazon quite regularly and have good brand image and trustworthy, film side was great, but as far as I am concerned since lovefilm has took over the service has slowed down in my experience. But in my opinion and experience still better than Blockbuster.
