Response at the head office was good.
There is absolutely no consideration for peoples time, every thing takes hours.
I bought the car, drove it to buy the road tax, I found out that one headlight and one fog light was not working, the wiper reservoir was also empty, although this was rectified after the complaint, I have come to a conclusion that this 120 point check is not thorough enough.
