Good Points

I love it, it was the best money we have ever spent, we paid @ £350, and it has made all of our carpets look like new. The turbo brush is fantastic at cleaning rugs et.


Bad Points

The only thing I don't rate this Dyson on is cleaning our wooden floors, I find that even turning off the brush you still tend to flick dirt around a little.


General Comments

You can see when the DC15 Animal (with Ball) needs to be emptied, which is slightly more frequent than our previous vacuum, but its obviously collecting dirt and dust much better than the previous cleaner. My husband owns a carpet shop, and says he has even started to recommend it to customers. Your carpets really do look like new.
