I had to call the service 15 minutes before I arrived at the airport, I wasn't sure where 15 minutes away was and maybe a 'landmark' could be given to identify when you should make the call. This is only a very small point in an otherwise great service.


General Comments

Manchester Meet and Greet is so very easy to use. I had travelled to the airport in awful conditions with a normally 2 hour journey taking well over 3 hours due to snow. The ease of arriving at Manchester to just hand over my car right outside the departure entrance, with no searching for car parks, waiting for courtesy buses, carrying luggage, etc. Upon returning, I rang as instructed and my car was just a very short distance away (3 minute walk), via a covered walkway in front of the terminal. I will definitely use this service again. I have never left a review for anywhere before, but felt that this service deserved the recognition.
