Only good points are the create and craft items
Difficult to understand telephone operatives, they were slow to refund my money for items returned even after 4 weeks and several e-mails and calls to customer services
Would buy craft stuff but nothing else I have learnt a lesson - they are not as helpful as other shopping channels namely QVC and their refund service is sooooooo slow I am still waiting for a refund 4 weeks after sending clothing item back and am awaiting another clothing delivery which I now regret ordering following the experience I have received.
