I purchased a hamster from pets r wright in february, it was my first hamster and they told me nothing they just passed me my hamster in a box and that was it, in early march my hamster died so i will never be purchasing from them.
i now go to pets at home near BnQ they are very helpful and let you know everything about the pet you are buying, and give a guarantee on them even if they die.
