Poor communication, no-show for pre-arranged appointments, some engineers.
Having taken out a boiler servicing contract, was disappointed that it took seven separate British Gas visits to rectify slight water leak on boiler (it was just a gasket). This was followed by three NO-SHOWS for pre-arranged visits to repair a leaking joint on a water pipe, which continued to leak for two weeks resulting in us taking up the floorboards and putting a dish under the pipe. All told, British Gas has cost us a whole week of holiday days booked to let them in and they did not show up, despite our phone calls and their assurances that an engineer would visit. We will be canceling our contracts.
