Bad Points
Food was poor. Service was awful
General Comments
The older planes were appalling, One TV for the whole plane that wasn't working - no sound and picture quality was poor. Service was awful. When someone did attend to you they often didn't return or understand what you wanted. Choice of drinks was very basic and food unappealing. The worst flight I've ever taken.
