Bad Points

No way to speak to a person, e-mail only support. They delivered wrong item, poor communication. Poorly packaged item too, sent through courier in an original manufacturers cardboard box , without so much as a piece of sellotape to hold the box shut!


General Comments

I ordered a Franke Orca pull out spray tap, from Titanic, having waited nearly a fortnight for delivery they delivered the wrong item , a Franke orca standard tap, with such expensive and awkward items I expected to be able to speak to a person about this, the fact is I couldn't, not recommended!
