Good Points
Apt. Limon near to the sea/beach (located in Barceloneta) only 100m away very good bus connection to the city centre. A apartment equipped with everything you need, big enough for 3 persons. Tv program in many languages, - dvd player, - nice explanation by the owner how to get along in the quarter + map was handed out
Owner of the apartment gave us a little discount because of our complaints

Bad Points
Apt. Limon - ugly couch in the salon (dirty textiles) - bad toilet smell from the washing mashine! Had to put some paper into its drainpipe by ourselves to avoid that - floor could have been cleaned better >> dusty, partly not cleaned (e.g. under bed) - very ugly kitchen equipment we only used plastic plates/cups >> fridge was dirty as well as knives and forks...
- telephone help line of the owner was not reachable when we tried to call it 3 times.
- bathroom not able to lock
- loud neighbours (especially resident's many dogs)

General Comments
We chose the apartment Limon / playa because we (3 persons) wanted to stay 5 nights in a cheap apartment close to the beach and cook sometimes on our own. Unfortunately, cooking was not possible for us due to the hygienic circumstances in the kitchen. If you just need a room for 3 persons we would recommend the place but if you want to use the kitchen we would rather recommend to choose a higher standard accommodation. The pictures on the internet website give a real image of the apartment (of course, in reality everything was a bit smaller than expected). There is no window in the smaller extra bedroom. Cocoon Barcelona offers partly the same locations like Loving Barcelona. The local handling was operated by a partner of Cocoon BCN named getreadyrentals
