Good Points

i have had quite a few items from novatech and service + products
has been first class .yesterday 01/04/08 1400 hrs i ordered a samsung dvd/rw drive this morning 10.30 02/04, drive was in my hands now that IS SERVICE THANKS NOVATECH.


Bad Points

have not had any.


General Comments

I have found novatech to be up there as one of the best for products service and delivery .as I have said I have had nothing go wrong with any of the items ive purchased. So I dont know how good they are sorting out faulty items, but nothing leads me to think
they will fall down in this area with their service either?
