They get my statements correct! Don't get much else from them.
Cannot stand the new online access code required just to add a payee. If they don't trust the login controls then fix them - don't add additional steps which makes the system impossible to use. Will be moving my account to a more user friendly service.
Barclays Business Bank Account make transferring money difficult unless you have your telephone pin or your PinSentry gadget on you all the time. Overall the online system is poor, looks and feels dated and generally behind the market. Will be switching my account shortly!
