Cheap prices, fast delivery (and due to a special offer delivery was also free).
Not a bad point as such but the packaging was slightly OTT - how much cardboard does one laptop need??? Also, i was out when the laptop was delivered so the couriers left it with a neighbour but didnt put a card through my door to let me know - so the first I knew of it was when my neighbour came over to give me the parcel (thank goodness for honest neighbours!).
I initially ordered a laptop from play.com. They were being really slow in processing my order so I cancelled the order and on doing a google search for the laptop, found it being sold by dabs.com for 10 less, with free delivery. Ordered the laptop on Saturday morning (using Goodle checkout); my card company initially rejected the payment as a security/fraud check, by the time I realised and spoke to the card company to clear the payment it was Sunday afternoon. Payment to dabs cleared on Monday morning and the laptop was with me Tuesday afternoon. Was able to track the package online as soon as payment had cleared, and I received email updates from google checkout as well. Generally great service, except for lack of card through door to let me know the laptop had been left with a neighbour.
