Bad Points
Customer service, technical support, webmail UI, IT transparency for me personally has been unreliable as far as I am concerned, attachment size limitations, limitations on number of recipients, no forwarding option, downtime...
General Comments
The infrastructure of this service for me personally recently became apparent when bluebottle servers were not accepting emails or delaying them for days at time for well over a week as far as I am concerned. No public announcement of the issue was displayed anywhere on the website, and in the forums, bluebottle representatives refused to discuss what was causing the problem in my opinion.
