None as far as I am concerned.
Bad Points
Unhelpful customer service, unhelpful technical support, I was not happy with the customer assistants!
General Comments
I do not recommend bulldog broadband. This is the worst broadband provier I have so far personally experienced. I had issues with bills, they overcharged me twice as far as I am concerned, then when I talked to their customer services I personally found it very difficult to resolve my issues, I was overcharged for months as far as I am concered, I tried to cancel my contract was directed to three different departments. I was held on the phone for 30 min as far as I am aware, (not a free number) with pipex to get my contract canceled, no one answer the phone in my opinion. I emailed them, as far as I am concerned waited ages for reply
Seriously, I do not recommend this bulldog broadband internet provider.
