General Comments

I used p4d.co.uk once in the past and the item was collected and delivered on time. The track and trace was useless but at least I got my parcel.
I am now waiting for a '24 hour' delivery which hasn't turned up for several days now. I was expecting it yesterday, but it didn't show up. I have had no explanation for this and no idea when it will be arriving. I have contacted customer services many times now and have been told they are getting DHL to look into it. This is no good to me. I've had to take two days off work now to wait at home for the delivery and this has been in vein. I've just been told it won't be delivered today either as they are trying to find where they have put it! What a joke!

The fact that p4d.co.uk is a middle-man between the customer and DHL is really unhelpful. you can't talk to DHL directly which makes getting information regarding delivery really difficult. p4d only offer email based customer support. They say this is to help them respond extremely quickly. It took me 3 hours to get a response as opposed to the 'lengthy' time it takes to pick up a phone and make a call.

p4d = a waste of my time and money.
