Good Points

Attractive, long hose, good accessories, logical


Bad Points

Poor suction after a couple of hooverings, prone to breaking


General Comments

We have had our Hoover Purepower Pets 1500 for about 3 years and at first it was an very good hoover. However, it's only when you put a new bag in do you realise how much the suction deteriorates after a couple of hooverings. The button to release it from being upright has always been temperamental and no longer works (has to be stood up against a wall to stop it falling down), when using the hose, the hoover has a tendency to fall over, the filters have to be changed regularly and the suction is mainly on the right as this is where the hose sits. The accessories clip is now broken due to it falling over so often and the handle to carry it with is also on its way out. All in all, a good hoover when brand new and empty but poor after a short time of using.
