General Comments
Elvis Costello & Burt Bacharach, Painted From Memory is a smoochy, soft and melodic CD. the wife and I made sure it was in the car whenever we took a long drive somewhere and it's still one of my favourites. Fab music, lyrics and overall delivery/effect. EC never sounded better. The clarity of his vocals were pristine; as never before. BB's timing and distinctive arrangements were on the money.
