Poor Communication.
I ordered my dress from DBR in Kendals, Manchester who have transferred my order to CC in Wilmslow. 4 weeks before my big day and there is no sign of my dress, I'm ringing them on a daily basis and just keep getting told they will ring me when it arrives in store.....not good enough! They promise to ring you back and never do so you chase them and they just say don't panic, we don't do panic at CC!
