There are no good points about this website in my experience.

System does not check for simple mistakes as far as I am aware (like forgetting to add VAT to the price)

System then canceled orders put through without VAT (like mine) and sells remaining higher priced tickets on to others

Those who ordered without VAT and had orders canceled were then able to purchase no tickets for the event and left not knowing whether they had been billed or whether they could get a ticket anywhere else as they had not been offered to pay higher price.

People on the phone were unhelpful as far as I am concerned - I was told 'there arent any tickets left, not impressed therefore I do not recommend Ace Tickets.co.uk
