Re-joining BT.
Where to start? Near zero coverage once installed, very unhelpful customer service, had to virtually beg to be released from contract.
Talk talk for me wasn't as bad as people make out, it was worse, they tell you that they provide a better service than BT for less than the price, the fact they do not mention is that they provide a "free" internet connection, however, when I said that this was the problem to the customer service team, they told me that as the internet wasn't being paid for, they were under no obligation to fix it, thus leaving me on the very edge of my tether. BT costs more because their service works, please do not join up with talk talk unless you wish to use your talk talk telephone to spend the rest of your contract phoning them asking why it isn't working.
