Flight was fantastic, great food, flight attendants, on time. The fantastic female pilot on the way home!
The check in at Orlando international was terrible 1 line for 3 flights. People must of missed our flight to Gatwick as there was 1200 people checking in.
We paid £303 cheapest I have ever found for any American flight and even cheaper to Europe! We arrived at Gatwick the night before to check in luggage, which was BRILLIANT! I would definitely recommend doing. Then we arrived at Gatwick in the morning for the 11.15 flight, it left a bit late by 20 mins but there was a lot of flights leaving at the same times..
The plane on the way there was a 747-400 and the entertainment was not so good, you could only watch a movie when it started, so when it finishes, you have to watch another one half way through.
The flight attendants were FANTASTIC was outstanding compared to Thomas cook flight attendants.
Food was very good as well, cooked meal, with bread, and all the toppings, also ice cream during the movies! you can get any snacks or drinks you like as well!!!
When landing at Orlando, there was no queue at 'customs' which was fantastic! we arrived about on schedule as well.
On the way home it was a nightmare at Orlando, and people must of had to run to the departure gate as of Orlando security.
The flight on the way home on 6th march was OUTSTANDING, we had a female pilot! the only one that flies a Boeing 747 with Virgin and all of the passengers seemed concerned by having a female pilot! but she was fantastic best pilot ive ever had. She got us back to Gatwick in the quickest time said the flight attendants!
The plane was updated with everything more movies, better seats. it was fab!
I would definitely recommend for family's even though there wern't many families on the flights.EXCELLENT VALUE! and will use again for Las Vegas!!
