Where do I start?
I have been with Sky broadband for roughly 12 months and it is 12 months too long. Basically been paying for a service that has not been provided in my opinion and experience. Connection is difficult for me, spent hours on the phone only to be told the same thing over again. Sky basically said it was not their fault as far as I am concerned and were not helpful in fact, very unhelpful customer service team (leave you on hold for 5 minutes at a time, several times throughout the conversation in my experience) and tell you the same thing over and over again even though nothing is being resolved. This went on for months until in the end we had no choice but to terminate the contract. I would never ever ever suggest to anyone that I like to go with Sky Broadband. I do not recommend this internet provider.
