Good Points

I think they are friendly enough staff until you actually purchase the car.


Bad Points

After care is very poor.


General Comments

I bought a top of the range twintop 2.0 turbo from the Arnold Clark Glasgow branch in November 07. As the windbreak comes as standard with this model and there wasnt one when I picked up the car the salesman said "i will order you one from Vauxhall". Two weeks later i called to find out if it was in, i was told there was a backlog (lame excuse) Called two weeks after that and was told by the salesman that his boss has refused to provide the windbreak (even when it comes as standard with the model i bought) so i called customer service and i eventually got one. I put the car into the same garage to have a dodgy window fixed and when it came back there was a scratch about 3 inches on the passenger window (which was not there before). Very annoyed and most certainly wont be returning my business to them again (loyal customer for 4 years)..... Gonna go to Audi for my next car i think.
