where do I begin?
General Comments
We aren't with EDF energy because we want to, but because they don't let us leave!
We moved to a new place a couple of months ago. It was a repossession bought through a bank. The previous owners left unpaid bills that according to the LAW aren't our responsibility. EDF came around to the house without identifying them-self, they were rude and intimidating. Since them we have call them a innumerable amount of times explaining the situation, send them copies of legal papers that they said they haven't receive, so we have done that various times. They tell us that they have to recover their money somehow and saying that we are ready to switch to our new supplier. But the fact is, that so far, we haven't being able to change to our CHOSEN supplier as EDF carries on objecting this.
