love the clothes! love the prices! jeans to fit all!
jeans always in a mess!
The style & fit of the clothes in Zara is great. I also think that the prices are very reasonable. However, the jeans always seem to be in a mess which does put people off from purchasing. In my (and friends) experience in the London, Milton Keynes and Oxford branches the majority (not all) of the staff have been pretty unhelpful. When I asked if they had a pair of jeans in a different size, I was basically told to go and find it for myself. If I didn't like the clothes as much as I do, the rudeness of the staff would put me off shopping in Zara.
