I have used this product off and on for quite some time and the longer you leave it on the whiter the teeth. But, I have never achieved actual "white" teeth only the removal of stains, which is a good thing.
Bad Points
The taste will probably turn off a lot of folks but if you can get beyond it, it's ok.
General Comments
I find this product provides simple & effective results for what I need. It removes stains but I have not found that it "whitens" my teeth. I have used this product off and on for a couple of years now.
