Tech help is hit or miss depending on who answers as far as I am concerned, had to ended up paying for local expert just to stop frustration in my opinion.
In my experience they seem unable to set up Direct Debit correctly after three months it is still not fixed as far as I am concerned. Each time service is suspended and promises that it won't happen again are off the mark. Unable to get the point over that it is their responsibility.
Good information re set up.
All bits arrived on time.
Connection stays stable.
Signed up based on good reviews, however admin service seems to have gone down hill since BT take over.
No problems with system availability.
Therefore I do recommend madafish.com
