Food: fresh & plentiful
Website, dreadful, won't book flights, won't do 0n-line check-in, slow deadly slow, times out....
Very poor at informing customers of what's going on.... That when you stop in Singapore you have to disembark & forfeit your liquid duty-free if over 50cc's & go back through Security...
Very amusing watching them organize the gates at Melbourne Airport which took nearly 40mins & a small army... And then you expect them to get you to your destination on TIME???
777 planes are HORRID, seats too small, no leg room & no support, very bad for your health...
