Bad Points
Customer contact centre very non English
No numbers issued with statements
Hard to contact to pay off a bill as numbers are not on statements
Expect you to go in store and pay off a card
General Comments
Poor service on getting the Burtons store card, sent from number to number to try and pay off a bill and in the end i got bored of the constant transfers and hung up.
Currently owing a few hundred pounds and not paying as i don't have a number to contact to actually make a payment so they ain't getting any money.
Poor customer service on phones all i got was wrong number ill transfer - 30 minutes of transfers and holding.

Im sure the Sales advisors in the store will be more than happy to help you with paying off your card.
I know this as I work in a Burton Store - we don't all have bad service!!
