The Songs
The show
The problem with We Will Rock You show is that it seems to have been created by grumpy old men who dont like the music the children like. Its like pick a CD from your collection, and make a story around it. The plotline in a musical should stand up on its own without the songs., and The plot is appalling. People say " I Love the songs...ok, If you like queen, go to see a Queen tribute act. I love Queen, but this show put me off their music.
Its good that the shoe gets people into the theatre, but people need to be educated as to what a musical is. All this show is is as glorified tribute act.
....And Im sure Oasis, U2, Rolling Stones. REM, Bon Jovi and all the indie bands out there will be impressed to hear that rock is dying out...
