While I am traveling I can easily access my gmail account, my yahoo account, read the NY Times, do a crossword puzzle from the Washington Post, read the BBC web site and I still can't get into my btconnect.com mail. Sometimes it takes 45 minutes in my experience. It has never taken less than 10 minutes as far as I am concerned. And this happens in the following countries: Spain, UK, USA, Laos, Viet Nam, Senegal, Gambia, Thailand and France - so an individual area can't be blamed.
If so many people didn't have my bt e-mail address I would dump them. I personally find them difficult to get into and difficult to deal with in my opinion. Has anyone ever tried to complain? Very unhelpful as far as I am concerned.
