No frills, cheap air travel
Seems to have poorer leg room than most other airlines
Cabin snacks seem to cater for the non-conscience builders and adolescent hoodie.
The actual service is difficult to fault. Yes, there's always a bit of a stampede prior to boarding and the flight feels like slightly less than economy class but I really feel that it's one of the few companies that are doing the customer a real favour.
Of course we are the customer and without us they could hardly operate but without them I would not be able to take in excess of three holidays per year.
