Good Points

It was easy to obtain as my credit score is 276 as seen on credit expert, I have 4 defaults from military injury that stopped me working and debt payment struggling, i was refused everywhere. It came right away and easy to understand, the call centre is quick and the online service is fantastic.


Bad Points

I paid 66.77 from my debit card on the online service on the 22nd of march 2008, it is now the 31st of march 2008 and that payment is still not on my card which has now made me over my payment date so thus now I have a late payment charge incurred and another charge slapped on for that.


General Comments

Basically Capital One Classic is absolutely fantastic for first time people to credit cards, there is a lot of helpful friendly customer service reps at the offshore call centre, although if you have a pants credit report like me or adverse credit, having one of these bad boys really does help you. The online service they provide is the best I have ever seen for a banking, credit service, it is so detailed and clear to understand and best thing is the secure message centre, you write your query and within 24 hours you get a reply from a real person which is such a nice thing. OK So I am still chasing up my payment after 10 days but mistakes happen like me and my credit experience, all in all it is such a great relief for you if your credit score sucks but as long as you are responsible and use it wisely try to pay it all off in one go then you will be fine. The services they provide are second to none I know that people have had bad experiences and good ones that is the same with anyone., I have to thank them for giving me a credit card and appreciate it very much. Just be responsible the info they give you read it carefully and use the free online service it tells you everything clearly so clearly and dont be afraid to ask them anything if you are unsure.
