at first came across as a very good deal

so called cash back and trying to contact them


General Comments

At first was quite happy with the company-got first few cashbacks and got emails to say they've received it. it came to the last few cashbacks and they never sent it-i emailed them to ask if they received my cashback letter and even tried phoning but was on a queue of stupid amounts. Eventually got a letter saying the cashback was not going through due to some breach of cashback rules. Was told i could appeal this but its unlikely i will get anything back..even if i stop 1 person going through mobile outlet i will feel some justice. There customer service is rubbish-got people on their call centres who are rather rude and lack basic manners..go for another company seriously.
