Good Points

Price is good for me.

Bad Points

In brief : Unhelpful customer support, website live support function hardly ever works. Support lines are a waste of time. Too many outages and service downtime for me.

They say sign up time is 10-14 days.. the reality is more then a month!

General Comments

If you are thinking about joining AOL.. don't do it! They took my money and waste my time in my opinion. Customer support don't want to know. The complete feeling you get from dealing with them is that they are not interested in helping or listening to you.
