The delivery and set up is excellent. We have adjustable side by side king. We use them as separate twin beds as my husband is a stroke victim and sleeping with him is not possible. These beds were absolutely perfect. The service seemed great. Right up until about 6 months passed.
6 months is about all these mattresses last! Then they become very soft and lumpy! We have the silver cloud which is on the highest rung of their mattress ladder. I even felt like it was the fact that I am a large woman at 215 lbs. However, my husband is sickly and weighs 145lbs. His mattresses is worse than mine. I do admit he spends enough time in it for it to be almost a year old now.
I tried to get a replacement for the top part of my Bragada Mattress (Silver Cloud) only as the adjustable part works like a charm. Right now I'm researching the Swedish company to buy just their top mattress for adjustable beds. I've just started trying so I'm not sure this is possible. We also have the top mattress that Bragada sells in our guest bedroom. It has been slept on once. So, I have no way of knowing if this will happen to that one or not. I suspect it will. One note here is we owned the Swedish version mattress ( not adjustable) for 3 years. We changed to Bragada simply because of the very high price for adjustable beds. I sure wish we had just paid it. Now I wake up screaming every hour on the hour! I do have rheumatoid so the pain is just unbearable. Today a couple of college students are coming to put our old mattress tops on our beds. We just won't be able to adjust them till we find replacement tops. OH yes this "softening" of memory foam is "expected?" This isn't covered under warranty!
