Good Points

I thought the quotes were competitive for the ten years or more that I have been using them.


Bad Points

Not competitive. incompetent at recording your details. lazy customer service. Will charge you a lot of money of you want to cancel an existing policy. READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.


General Comments

The quotes are not competitive and they have charged me for an extra 75 on car insurance when i transferred a renewed policy to a new car. The same policy on their online quote system was 140 cheaper than my whole policy. As a long term customer I am not happy and will never use them again.
