I found this is a very good product for the following reasons:
- Easy to install
- Quite complete
- User-friendly interface including some checks for data entry
- Good security and access management
- Possibility to export data in CSV file to exploit them later
General Comments
I'm really pleased with this product. I'm conducting a small virtual software factory where the members of the team work on their own homes, with intermitent connection to our servers and with very flexible schedules. All the tracking of progress and worked hours have been done thanks to actiTIME. From all other Time Tracking systems we have tried (both open-source and commercial), this has been both the most comfortable for our members (something very important if you want to collect information people is normally unwilling to give) and easy to use for the staff. We were able use it out-of-the-box, fitting perfectly well on our business process.
