The flight staff were fine. The plane was new
Terrible Ground staff in Bologna. Air France check-in one of the rudest ever encountered
Well, what can I say except be careful when dealing with Air France check-in desks at the Bologna Airport in Italy. They are so very rude its almost comical.
Considering they are supposed to be the face of Air France, I am sure the airline should be more careful about who they hire.!!!
