Was a very good service for many years. However since their big upgrade recently it has never got back on it's feet as far as I am concerned. It's slow when it works in my experience and quite often I can't access it through outlook or even on the the web? Loads of errors occur for me. A few times my inbox has emptied on my pc through outlook and I have to download all my messages again as far as I am concerned - not good if you have a download limit with your ISP, luckily I have 40GB a month. We have 3 accounts for people at home but I am seriously thinking of letting them all go. I do not recommend Lycos mail.
