There aren't any!
Enticed by reasonable prices with the promise of "Unlimited" downloads until you go over their "Fair Use" policy, then your bandwidth is throttled for approx 24hrs. If you want "broadband support" its not "free" its at least £0.25 per minute and thats even if it's their fault as far as I am concerned.
When it was Comcast/NTL I was quite happy, reasonable costs and I had quite good "Customer Service", now it is "VirginMedia" I am just waiting for my "Contract to expire" to get as far away from them as possible, and if you should let someone "make changes" to your account they wont tell you that you have just committed to at least another 12 months in my opinion and experience. I do not recommend Virgin Media.
