General Comments

I had a ticket from San Francisco to Istanbul with a Paris connection flight. I was leaving the country after 2 year school period. Therefore I had 5 bags with overweight. I checked their luggage info, it was 70 pounds limit with excess fee. I was totally Ok with that. I went to the check in, each bag were just 5 or 6 pounds more which is 75 or so. I was going to pay 200 dollars each. Even though I explained them my case, "The Ladies" on the counter were so rude and ''No no Go somewhere and arrange your bags, No NO" I was like " please I'm already paying 700 dollars for them and just couple pounds It's not 20 pounds more" plus I bought my ticket from Delta which they have 100 pounds limit. I told them that and they said then go to Delta, I walked all the way to the domestic terminal with 5 bags. delta couldn't change my ticket from them and I missed the flight they made me paid 75 bucks more for new ticket for next day with Air France again. I went back home with 5 bags again and had to leave 5 pounds excesses from my bags to my friend.

Next day I went to the check in, same people, they got my bags with 700 dollars, but the main torture starts from here. They got my checked bags, but still looking into my carry on, they don't let you get more then 12 pound or kilo I guess into your carry on. My carry on was heavy but a small size, just my electronics in it. I went through the boarding door. They stopped me and said, I had to pay 150 dollars more, or they will take my other 5 bags out of the plane. I already gave them my last money, and I spent two days at the airport and paid 700 dollars. but still they were NO NO. I was begging them Please please please have to leave the country and no more money which they looked into my wallet and tried my credit card. none. Still they were about the put my bags out of the plane. I lost my nerves, started to cry which not related to showing miserable. I had no more option. No human being would be like that. They were acting like they are putting the money in their pockets. I was sweating like hell, and they pushed me to the side, " you wait here", the lady with the radio was NO NO, telling the other take the bags out. after a while she is like I put your name on a list, If you ever do that again You can't fly with us. They put on the flight. SURPRISE!!!! the HALF OF THE FLIGHT WAS EMPTY. What for they tortured me that much and the thing I know, if you wanna take my carry on on the boarding It's always FREE. That's not my first time flight. I sweated like hell on the boarding and got cold and sick on the flight and threw up and Im still sick, when I arrived to my county TURKEY, I spent a week in the bed. I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN , EVEN SOMEONE GIVE ME A FREE TICKET. Plus They didn't put my carry on the flight, they sent it couple days later.
