Dirty chalets, no entertainment during the day. Looks like a run down housing estate.
Just back from Pontins Prestatyn, NEVER to return. We only paid £9.99 each through The Sun paper, thank god we didn't pay anymore. Went for 3 nights but only stayed 2 couldn't hack it any longer. If if wasn't for the 2 kids that came with us we would have come home straight away. The chalets are like boxes and not very clean, we went with open minds not expecting too much and boy we weren't disappointed!! You can't see out of chalet windows they are filthy!! Bathroom very very old, no way was I getting in the bath. Nothing to do for the kids during the day, entertainment just ok at night!! Gifts and toys were quite cheap as was the food but only fast food available.
Would I go back-no never.
Went to Haven at Prestatyn last time and was much better!!
