Good Points
100% spam free, 100% all of the time. Spam CANNOT get through. This is amazing how their system works. If you want spam free email then this is the best thing going.

Bad Points
You have to check your Pending folder every few days to see if any of your contacts have written. Often times the challenge email that was sent to them does not work.

General Comments
The last two weeks of March 2008 have been a disaster for them. I have lost lots of emails as they have simply been undeliverable, to which I find out later when my contacts rewrite asking where my response is in my experience. Also, during this time many contacts report emails to me being returned to them after they have written. When bluebottle is contacted they blame Trusted Delivery Pty Ltd as far as I am concerned. I don't care whom you blame, just fix it! If these down times didn't happen, which take place from time to time, then they score 10 out of 10. But I will have to settle for a 7 because of all this.
