Loud fan, bulky, poor screen, short battery life, tech support could be better...
General Comments
I have had my HP Pavilion Ze5375us for about 5 months and in many ways regret purchasing it. It is fast and all, but the fan is loud, the battery life is unbelievably short (due to is desktop processor), and tech support is lousy. Be careful when upgrading to anything because some buttons may unexpectadly stop working. You will have to spend time downloading drivers or going through impossible step by step instructions.
Looking back I wish I had done my homework better. I would recommend an IBM over this model anyday, even one of their lower end models if for nothing more than the battery life.
This model is great for someone who doesn't mind keeping it plugged in constantly and can deal with the noise, not someone on the go.
