Bad Points
Drops connection, Ear piece and reception not as good as other Nokia phones. Requires software updating to sort out glitches. Limited choice of ring tones, Arrows key not very good to operate whilst scrolling.

General Comments
Despite its size and few problems the Nokia 9210 is a very handy tool especially if you require to receive and send emails. The screen is more than adequate for this function. I miss the touch screen that the Psion offers but the rest makes up for that.
