Good Points

Absolute great results. compared to previous systems, this one is a dream.


Bad Points

None really, I have given many referrals. at first is used so little salt that I thought it wasn't working. my water is very challenging and it performs wonderfully. can't say enough.


General Comments

the simplicity and effeciency are the key features of the Kinetico. Not cheap to buy but has been very cheap to operate.

15 years and only one small service call. Still producing iron-free, soft water. i have extremely high iron (4.5ppm) and hardness (89 gpg) and iron stains and scale build up are no longer evident, anywhere in my home. great investment.

The ro is another fine product.
